Current Projects
Peru LNG
Currently we are working in partnership with Peru LNG, where we are operating an exemplary internationally accredited local training program for a natural gas export project that will support economic growth in Peru, for what will be the largest foreign direct investment in the country's history.
Early in the development of the PERU LNG project, a local Operations Training Program for national Peruvian employees was conceived to transfer knowledge to national employees for operational positions.

As part of our project, we have assisted a leading local training centre, resulting in the establishment of the first City & Guilds centre and NVQ provider in the Americas, which will allow the Peruvian trainees that graduate from the training program to be amongst the first LNG operations team in South America with internationally recognised certification.
While many world-class companies do not train to internationally recognised training, or send local teams abroad, PERU LNG instead chose to leverage the high level of education in Peru, by bringing in development experts such as ourselves. This not only benefits the group being trained but also benefits the local training college in order to achieve international accreditation from both City & Guilds and BTEC.

As part of this project, we have our own experienced and certified instructors in Peru, where as well as training the local students they are also training the local college instructors so that they can also meet internationally recognised standards for trainers, assessors and verifiers.
